Meenali Joshi
Meenali Joshi is a Certified Nutrition and Fitness Consultant with over 8 years of experience in designing diet and fitness plans. She is also a Certified Exercise Specialist.
Her research in discovering healthy foods in our own kitchens made her coin the phrase- Discover the “FOOD GURU” Within You!
She is also a Certified Neuro Linguistic Programming Practitioner, whereby she applies the scientific techniques of NLP to identify the root cause and mental blocks that make it challenging for her clients to break free from their unhealthy lifestyles, and lead a more healthy and fulfilling life.
Meenali has won many accolades including, Best Woman Founder (Startup) and featured in Global Digital Annual Women Economic Forum 2021.

Dr. Shilpa Hegde
Dr. Shilpa Hegde (BPT, PG Diploma-Yogic Sciences) is a physiotherapist by profession with more than 12 years experience. Her keen interest and faith in the advantages of yoga made her pursue a PG Diploma in Yogic Sciences.
She has worked as a Consultant Physiotherapist in many reputed hospitals and clinics in Bangalore.
Dr. Shilpa has devised an integrated approach of physiotherapy and yoga asanas that make her treatment unique and effective.
Meenali’s Transformation Journey
Meenali is an ardent professional who loves to dedicate herself to her work. Once she undertakes a task or responsibility, she ensures fulfillment and completion with finesse. During her hectic work schedules, which upset her regular eating habits, she binged on junk food. This caused health issues like anxiety, stress, migraine, backaches, to name a few.
When she looked at herself in the mirror, she realized that she needed to tone down her body by losing weight. She embarked on a series of experiments on her body to lose weight. Some of these are weight loss powders, herbal supplements, tablets, “lose weight quick” diet plans, eating less, and many more, in vain.
Amongst her experiments, she also studied a nutrition course and formulated nutrition plans that would help sustain her body and lose weight. She dived deeper into her discovery and voila!! She managed to lose 25 kgs and counting!! She formulated her tried and tested nutrition plan into a sustainable methodology, which she uses to help people lose weight “cleanly” without unnecessary supplements.
